About the Artist:
Seren Moran
Seren Moran was born in Berkeley, California. and received her BA in painting at SDSU. She was the only undergraduate to receive the annual Art Council Scholarship that year. Seren also studied painting at the highly competitive art program at the original Leonardo da Vinci School of Art, L'Accademia di Bella Arte, in Florence Italy for a year.
Following Seren's formal training in Italy, she moved to Indaiatuba, Brazil, where she spent 10 months painting and exhibiting her work.
Seren now lives in Oakland and shows locally and nationally.
