Indira Urrutia, art teacher and photographer from La Calera, Chile and Marc Hors, documentary photographer and story teller from Barcelona, Spain, both residents of the US, are responsible for the project 2Greenprints.org; an itinerant photographic project which moved on bicycles across the American Continent (From Alaska, 2007 to the Chilean Antarctic, 2012) in search of natural, social and cultural values that characterize the countries of the American Continent. A project promoting solidarity, equity, participation and respect among cultures by linking what they learned from human behaviors, beliefs and traditions with environmental and human right issues.
The documentation and photographs compiled have been projected in schools, cultural centers and universities from 15 different countries in order to make known and, thereby, motivate society to develop a shared sense of awareness, knowledge and respect.

Today, Indira Urrutia and Marc Hors who last December visited Greece to document and help the refugees from Syria, have been offering several lectures and presentations in the US to engage people with this humanitarian crisis. Now, they are going back to Greece with a clear statement: The more you know about the crisis, the more we can do together to help those in need.
